As with BF6, now CoD is getting the additional security measures:https://www.gamespot.com/articles/call- ... 0-6533739/"...PC players without TPM 2.0 enabled may receive an in-game notification indicating their system
does not meet the new security requirements when launching applicable Call of Duty games.
However, the publisher says it won't be enforcing this or requiring the use of either setting during Season 5,
but both TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot will be required when Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 launches later this year. "

I changed an operator to Brutus - Dreadwarden and found that for me the arms weren't visible:
